Community

Keep your community healthy during the COVID-19 outbreak. Click here to find resources to help you with food, shelter, and other needs during this difficult time.

Your roots are here. So are ours.

Thank you for your interest in the Keystone First Wellness and Opportunity Center. At this time, in order to ensure our commitment to a safe and healthy community, our Wellness and Opportunity Center is temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 crisis.

Keystone First continues to be here for our members, providers, and community partners 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via our Member Services line at 1-800-521-6860 (TTY 1-800-684-5505).

We live and work in the communities we serve. Part of the Keystone First mission is to “build healthy communities." We participate in neighborhood events, and we partner with the communities we serve. We work with local groups to help address issues that affect health care, including homelessness, domestic violence, unemployment, and education.

Together, we can support healthy living for all.
