Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT)
Keystone First wants to help ensure that your young patients get the care they need. That's why our EPSDT program assists the parents or guardians of all members younger than 21 years of age in receiving EPSDT screenings, treatment, follow-up, and referrals to the Early Intervention Program when appropriate. Learn more about the EPSDT program, or call 1-800-521-6007.

Report known or suspected child sexual abuse
One in four girls and one in six boys will be sexually abused by age 18*. As a provider of health care, you are a mandatory reporter as required by law when there is a reason to suspect that a child has been sexually abused.Learn more about reporting of child sexual abuse.
The PA Coalition Against Rape through its Vision of Hope campaign is working to protect children from the devastation of sexual abuse. Keystone First is a strong supporter, advocate and partner of the campaign. We challenge you to join us. As medical professionals and adults we do have the power to intervene and protect these children from further devastation.
